Newly retired batsman Trevor Mayhew turned up to watch LSSC’s tricky tie against Cincinatti. His brother Andy, over from Tokyo, was one of many who contributed to a fantastic win.
Leeds up first
Southampton start life back in the Championship with a mouth watering clash against Leeds United at St Marys.
The LSSC bandwagon will be back on the road in week 2 with a trip to Barnsley.
Nelson Cup hopes washed away
The Nelson Cup reverted to it’s traditional 3 team format but the skipper’s came up with an unusual rain effected schedule – alas no silverware for London Saints!
Lords and Ex-Saints night proceeds find worthy homes
