London Saints Golf Tournament at Moors Valley Sunday before the Arsenal Match
Good morning and what a wonderful morning it is 😎
A very enjoyable day at Moors Valley topped off by a cracking result for Saints at St Marys last night – I’m still buzzing from the excitement.
Thank you all so much for taking part in the London Saints Golf tournament yesterday. The feedback I’ve received regarding the venue has been really positive, with the exception of the bar closing so early – very strange set up!
There were some quality scores from our guests with Craig being the best with 37 points – well done Craig.
Second went to Anton with 36, third Ian with 33, fourth Jerry with 21 and fifth Seb with 16.
The London Saints Champion is Trigger (Tom Henson) with 29 points. Well done Tom – a great achievement (even though you weren’t there to collect your trophy!) having not played for two years due to injury. Second was Sheena with 28 and third myself with 27. Tied fourth was Steve J and Quinny with 26, followed by  Pete B  25, Steve K  22, Cheryl 17, Tina 13 and Reg 11.
Neared Pins went to Steve J and Jerry and Longest Drive to Ian. Special mention to daughter Alice who with her boyfriend Seb left home with me at 7.45am yesterday, did the parkrun, caddied and then cheered Saints on to the semi-final getting home at 11.20pm.
A memorable day – thank you again for your valued support, prompt payments and most of all good company. Hope we can do it all again next year.
