London Saints Cricket Club’s annual Awards Evening Dinner for the 2023 season
A lovely evening for the London Saints Cricket Club’s annual Awards Evening Dinner for the 2023 season as well as looking ahead to the upcoming 2024 season.
A great turnout of 26 enjoyed a 3 course meal, prosecco, wine and beer celebrating the success (or not) of last season with 6 awards up for grabs.
The main success though is that after 43 years, 469 matches involving 221 different players, we’re still going strong with a mixture of old players from the early days and new players coming through – none more so than
Lunlana Buaklee-Jones who won 2 awards becoming only the 2nd person in the club’s history to do so (since her dad did it in 2003). Onwards and upwards for the club as hopefully more youngsters will come through to allow us oldies to put our feet up in the future.
