The Premier league champions kicked off the new season in find style with an 8 – 1 win at home to Exeter.
We stormed into a flying 4 – 0 lead until Colin decided to play one of the worst games of his long and distinguished London Saints career denying us a white wash to kick the season off with.
It was a very promising night as 9 players turned out to play for us. Reggie and Dave the Postie started followed by Garry Psycho and our resident rising pop star Lester and finally Colin and Bradford Bill (Lester’s roadie) in the singles.
Manager Reg & his able assistant Gav made 3 changes for the doubles with Gav himself replacing Bill, Wath replacing Lester and Colin being dropped (on his head) for new boy Keith Richardson.
A great start to the season and hopefully we can go one better than last year and clinch the double for the 1st time in London Saints history.
