Saints have signed Exeter defender Dan Seaborne on a three and a half year contract.
Seaborne recently impressed for The Grecians at St Marys when up against Rickie Lambert and David Connolly on Boxing Day.
Seaborne has come through the ranks at Exeter making 96 appearances and scoring 5 goals as Exeter won back to back promotions. He lifted the Conference Play-off Trophy at Wembley when they returned to the league in 2008.
Seaborne is Alan Pardew's second signing of the current transfer window, adding to Jose Fonte's signature.
